How Posters Work

How Posters Work

She showed us this poster by Albert Exergian from a series of his poster have the title of the topic and a single symbol which represent the the topic in whole without explaining anything about the topic but to those who have seen the topic can fully understand what the poster mean or is trying to show. This is a demonstration of Simplicity in a poster, this a style i might use for my own poster as i want to convey the idea without overcomplicating the topic
This work above is by Felix Pfalfli was shown by the speaker as she believed on how it showed how words and phrases should be broken apart and reinvented to show what they want through overlapping like this. A style like this can make the viewer question the thought process of the creator and intrigue them on the topic

Then Soon after she had showed us this poster above from Victor Moscoso which she stated how the creator had love swirly type font and design and wished to go back to the day where it was more popular, this poster would be consider an overwhelm the eyes in my opinion, this is a style which can be used to catch the viewers attention as these details

.,
By Lawrence Beall Smith which Tells a Story of how the oldest kid can sense an impending doom as his sibling are unaware of the situation and the poster shows of a shadow of what to come as the text tell us how we can help in such a situation like this. This type of story telling can invest us into the poster and give us an incentive to learn about the topic

This poster by Frederick Siebel was show as its Tells a story who is suffering the consequence of someone action and he points and look to you as if say you were the one to cause this and to help him even if its to late. Similar to how i mentioned before story telling like this will make the reader invested into the topic due to how the story pulls them into their world of the topic
